- Assessment for EPC contracts for the wind sector for a Power Generation firm of Latam
Business development / Tender support:
- Step-in BOP construction of wind farms for a mid-size ESCO, through crossed agreements with a global turbine supplier, achieving sales for 300 MWs
- Pricing evaluation and commercial support for tenders of oil&gas epcs, achieving 9 project sales / €6 billion with a success factor higher than 40%
- Sourcing strategy in the proposal for the UK Round 3 tender, of a Global Wind Utility. Resulting one of the winners of such tender
- Strategy for the wind post-warranty O&M market of a global ESCO, that maintains a fleet north of 10 GW in more than 15 countries
- Screening on best opportunities for a Spanish developer and constructor
- Acquisition of development rights for +150 MWs through purchasing of wind turbines to 3 global OEMs
- Industrial plans and public tender assessment for two Iberian regions, achieving development rights in such regions (+€1 billion of capex)
Business transformation:
-Transformation of the purchasing function of a Top 5 European utility (€4b/yr budget), to deliver through focus projects and business plans
- Strategy to move from Solar energy to oil&gas for a Spanish EPC contractor
- Merge of the Procurement operations of the oil&gas Off-shore contractor company, the petrochemical EPC contractor company, and the energy EPC contractor company of a large Industrial Construction Group of Spain, with operations in 30 countries of all five continents.
- Redesigning an epc business model to move from on-site construction to modularized prefabrication on yards located overseas in low cost countries
